TPG Growth is TPG's platform for smaller buyouts and growth equity investments globally. TPG Growth invests in a broad range of industries including consumer, retail, technology, internet, healthcare, energy, cleantech and renewables, transportation, industrials, and business services.  TPG Growth utilizes a broad range of investment structures including leverage buyouts, growth equity, and private investment in public equities (PIPE's), and leverages the broader platform of TPG Capital.

TPG Biotech is TPG's life science venture capital platform, supporting physicians, scientists and entrepreneurs who are building innovation-based businesses.

TPG Alternative & Renewable Technologies (TPG “ART”) is TPG’s platform dedicated to developing and deploying alternative and renewable technologies.

TPG Real Estate (“TPGRE”) is TPG’s real estate platform, which includes both TPG Real Estate Partners, its equity investment platform, and TPG Real Estate Finance Trust (“TRT”), its debt origination and acquisition platform.  Collectively, the two platforms have in excess of $6 billion of assets under management across TPGRE and other TPG-sponsored vehicles.  TPG Real Estate Partners has invested approximately $3 billion of equity in North America and Europe since 2009 and focuses principally on investments in property-rich platforms and companies.  TPG Real Estate Partners leverages the full resources of TPG in its value-added approach to investing to optimize property performance and enhance platform capabilities.  TRT manages a $2.5 billion commercial real estate loan portfolio and originates and acquires senior and mezzanine real estate loans across a broad spectrum of asset classes in North America. TPG Public Equity (“TPEP”) is TPG’s platform for investing in public equity markets through both long and short opportunities.  TPEP seeks to generate superior risk-adjusted absolute returns through a deep, fundamental, bottom-up research process.  TPEP has a broad, opportunistic mandate that is global, and across sectors and market capitalizations.

TPG Special Situations ("TSSP") is TPG’s special situations and credit platform and encompasses TPG Opportunities Partners, TPG Specialty Lending, Inc., and TPG Institutional Credit Partners.

TPG Opportunities Partners ("TOP") is TPG's platform for pursuing actively managed global special situations and opportunistic credit investments. TOP seeks to purchase or originate special situations/distressed investments across the credit cycle by targeting deep value opportunities that are difficult to source, analyze, or execute.

TPG Specialty Lending, Inc. (NYSE: TSLX, “TSL”) is a specialty finance company focused on lending to middle-market companies. TSL seeks to generate current income primarily in U.S.-domiciled middle-market companies through direct originations of senior secured loans and, to a lesser extent, originations of mezzanine loans and investments in corporate bonds and equity securities. TSL has elected to be regulated as a business development company, or a BDC, under the Investment Company Act of 1940 and the rules and regulations promulgated thereunder.

TPG Institutional Credit Partners ("TICP") is TPG’s platform for investing in non-investment grade corporate credit including leveraged loans, structured financings and high yield bonds. TICP principally sources its investments in the public/syndicated capital markets and manages portfolios for institutional investors. The Group seeks to outperform standard credit market indices and create appealing risk adjusted returns inside portfolio structures ranging from CLOs to separately managed accounts and commingled funds.
