- We recognize the importance of protecting children’s online privacy. The Site is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal data online from children under the age of 13.

Personal Data We Collect

How Long We Keep the Personal Data We Collect
Your personal data is retained for the period reasonably necessary to achieve the purposes outlined in this Notice, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by applicable law, taking into account relevant statutes of limitations and TPG’s records retention requirements.
Information for EU, UK, DIFC, ADGM, Hong Kong, Singapore, Australia, Korea, India, Japan, and People's Republic of China Residents
TPG Europe LLP is the data controller of personal data about individuals located in the UK and EU collected through the Site.
TPG Capital – U.A.E., LLC is the data controller of personal data about individuals located in the DIFC collected through the Site.
TPG (A) Limited is the data controller of personal data about individuals located in the ADGM collected through the Site.
Our Legal Bases for Processing Personal Data
If you are located in the UK, EU, DIFC, or ADGM, we generally process your personal data for the purposes described above because we have a legitimate interests in operating, managing, and improving the Site, our processing of personal data is necessary for those purposes, and our interests in doing so are not overridden by the fundamental rights and freedoms of users of the Site.
When we process personal data to (i) protect against, identify, and prevent fraud and other criminal activity, claims, and other liabilities; and (ii) comply with and enforce applicable legal requirements, relevant industry standards, and policies, we do so because it is necessary for compliance with legal obligations to which we are subject.
We use your personal data to send direct marketing only where you have provided your consent or otherwise when we are permitted by applicable law to do so.
Data Transfers

Your rights

- that we rectify or update your personal data that is inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated;
- that we erase your personal data in certain circumstances, such as where we collected personal data on the basis of your consent and you withdraw your consent;
- that we restrict the use of your personal data in certain circumstances, such as while we consider another request that you have submitted, for example a request that we update your personal data;
- withdrawal of your consent where you have given us consent to process your personal data;
- that we provide you with a copy of your personal data which you have provided to us in a portable, structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format, and/or that we transmit that data to a third party (where this is technically feasible; and.
- To object to certain of our data processing, such as for direct marketing purposes.
